COVID-19 Service Department Safety Measures
Please note that in order to guarantee a quality service in compliance with strict sanitary standards, the following processes are in effect:
- Service operations are only accessible by appointment. Our dealership still has restricted access.
- Shuttle service is not available, and we are unable to provide courtesy vehicles. We recommend you to have an alternative transportation while your car is being serviced.
- On your arrival at the dealership, you will be welcomed by a staff member who will ask you a few questions and let you know how to drop off your vehicle.
- Your vehicle will be thoroughly sanitized before entering our workshop and before being handed back to you.
- While working on your vehicle, we will follow a strict hygiene protocol.
- Payment of the final invoice must be made by credit card or debit card. The payment terminal will be sanitized after each use.
- Additional processes are also in place in order to guarantee safe working conditions for our teams.
